Helsingin Viikissä, Latokartanossa, sijaitsevassa puukerrostaloyhtiössä on 42 asuinhuoneistoa. Se on valmistunut 2012. Latokartano tarjoaa upeat puitteet ulkoiluun. Läheltä löytyvät myös kaupat ja koulut. Taloyhtiössä on Telian kaapeliverkko ja 50M laajakaistayhteys, joka sisältyy vuokraan. Tarvitset vain rekisteröitymisen operaattorin asiakaspalveluun. Taloyhtiössä on saunaosastotilat ja talopesula A portaassa. Asunnoissa on asuntokohtainen koneellinen tulo- ja poistoilmanvaihto.
