Asunto Oy Mikkelin Luotsi
Mikkelissä sijaitsevassa taloyhtiössä on 45 asuinhuoneistoa. Se on valmistunut 2016. Rantamaisemissa kulkevia polkuja pitkin pääset vaivattomasti ulkoilemaan ja liikkumaan. Harrastus- ja liikuntapaikat ovat omalla asuinalueella, myös päiväkodit ja koulut sijaitsevat lähellä. Taloyhtiössä on Telian kaapeliverkko ja 50M laajakaistayhteys, joka sisältyy vuokraan. Tarvitset vain rekisteröitymisen operaattorin asiakaspalveluun. Taloyhtiössä on kuivaushuone. Asunnoissa on huoneistokohtainen koneellinen tulo- ja poistoilmanvaihto.
