Tarvitset vain modeemin ja rekisteröitymisen operaattorin asiakaspalveluun. Taloyhtiössä on pesutupa C-portaassa. Talosta löytyy myös kaksi kuivaushuonetta. Asunnoissa on keskitetty koneellinen poistoilmanvaihto.
