Espoon Lintuvaarassa sijaitsevassa taloyhtiössä on 31 huoneistoa. Se on valmistunut 1998. Lähistöltä löytyy monipuolisesti harrastusmahdollisuuksia: niin uimahalli, maauimala kuin Leppävaaran urheilupuistokin. Lähikauppa on kävelymatkan päässä, samoin koulut ja päiväkodit. Lisäksi samassa talossa on englanninkielinen päiväkoti. Parin kilometrin päässä sijaitsee myös kauppakeskus Sello, joten alueelta löytyvät kattavat palvelut. Alueella on kattavat liikenneyhteydet.
