Asunto Oy Merihauki
Espoon merellisissä maisemissa rauhallisella alueella Haukilahdessa sijaitsevassa taloyhtiössä on 36 huoneistoa. Se on valmistunut 1965 ja peruskorjattu 2004. Lähistöltä löytyvät niin monipuoliset ulkoilumaastot sekä merenrantakahvilat kuin koulut ja päiväkoditkin. Muutaman kilometrin päässä sijaitsee kauppakeskus Iso Omena, joten asuinalueen rauhasta pääsee nopeasti kattavien palveluiden ääreen. Taloyhtiössä on Telian kaapeliverkko ja 10M laajakaistayhteys, joka sisältyy vuokraan. Tarvitset vain rekisteröitymisen operaattorin asiakaspalveluun. Taloyhtiössä on saunaosasto ja kuivaushuone A-portaan kellarikerroksessa. Talossa on koneellinen poistoilmanvaihto.
