Turun Kupittaalla sijaitsevassa As Oy Turun Kalevantien Helmessä on 86 asuinhuoneistoa. Se on valmistunut 2018.
Taloyhtiön välittömässä läheisyydessä sijaitsevat korkeakoulut (Yliopisto, Kauppakorkeakoulu, Turun AMK), Kupittaan juna-asema sekä uusi Kupittaan palloiluhalli ja Kupittaan urheilupuisto. Lisäksi lähellä on muut kattavat peruspalvelut, loistavat kulkuyhteydet ja keskustaan on matkaa vain reilu pari kilometriä.
Taloyhtiössä on DNA:n kaapeliverkko ja 10M laajakaistayhteys, joka sisältyy vuokraan. Tarvitset vain rekisteröitymisen operaattorin asiakaspalveluun. Taloyhtiössä on saunaosasto B-portaan 1. kerroksessa. Asunnoissa on keskitetty koneellinen tulo- ja poistoilmanvaihto.
